一杯咖啡喝完,纸杯的盛装使命结束。对包装设计来说,真正困难的问题却从此开始:它接下来去哪里,还能不能在一个可控系统里继续创造价值?
纸纤维本身具有进入生物循环和可堆肥的材料潜力。传统 PE 淋膜提供可靠防水,却也把纤维与持久性聚合物结合成复合结构,通常成为完整纸杯进入有机处理路径的一道关键障碍。
博碳包装因此重新思考的,不只是“换一种涂层”,而是:阻隔应该工作多久,又该在什么时候退出?
采用指定 BIOTEN PHA 水性阻隔体系的咖啡纸杯,先完成饮用承载;经规范处理后,再装入稳定化咖啡渣复合育苗基质与适配种子。育苗前期,杯体保持必要的持形与水分管理能力;博碳包装将小于30 天设为物理崩解与结构松解的目标窗口,幼苗随后可随杯移栽,杯体在适配条件下继续完成后续生物转化。
这不是让纸杯更快消失,而是让它在完成每一段任务之后,恰好进入下一段生命。

国家发展改革委 2026 年印发的《循环经济发展“十五五”规划》,把生产、消费、回收、利用放进同一条链。对包装行业而言,我们的判断是:可持续竞争,正在从“换一种材料”走向“把使用之后的路径设计清楚”。我们从设计源头明确,使用之后如何能继续创造价值做系统解法。

真正的闭环必须回答:杯从哪里来,怎样处理,苗如何长成,纸杯能否堆肥?
02 · FOUR GATES
一只纸杯,如何完成四次转变01|从纸基潜力到指定整杯
锁定纸基、BIOTEN PHA 水性阻隔体系、油墨、光油与加工结构,让“可堆肥设计”对应到明确杯型,而不是泛指所有纸杯。
02|从饮用容器到育苗容器
饮用完成后,装入经过脱水咖啡渣及复合育苗营养基质、适配种子与养护方案。
03|从阻隔持形到结构松解
前期利用杯体的持形与水分管理能力支持育苗;随着含水时间、温湿度和根系生长推进,杯体逐步进入结构转化。
04|从育苗容器到移栽载体
30天内,目标是杯体开始出现湿态强度下降、纤维松解或局部开裂,进入适宜带杯移栽的结构转化窗口,这能使其育苗存活率极大提高。
30天不是降解终点,而是一次功能交班。
这里的“开始崩解”指初始物理结构变化,不等同于 30 天完成生物降解或完成堆肥。

A cup of coffee is finished, and the cup's full-time mission ends. For packaging, the real problem begins: where it goes next, can it continue to create value in a controlled system?
Paper fibres themselves have the ability to enter biological cycles andcompostableMaterial potential. Traditional PE lymphs provide reliable waterproofing, but they also combine fibres with persistent polymers into composite structures, often a key barrier to complete paper cups entering organic treatment pathways.
BIOTENPackaging is therefore rethinking not just “for a different coating”, but rather: how long should the barrier work and when should it be withdrawn?

The larger the scale, the more an implementable and traceable system is needed, rather than a moving green imagination.
The coffee gate thus became a high-density entry to the paper cup, coffee slag, consumers and nursery scenes.

The true closed ring must answer: Where does the cup come from, how is it handled, how the seedlings grow and can the paper cup compose?

The collapse is too early to complete the seedlings; it is too late to break, which may limit the root system from continuing. The real technical difficulty is to align the cup ' s structural transformation window with the seeding migration window as much as possible.

After the designated cups have been regulated, they form a seedling gift with a combination of stable coffee slag matrix, suitable seeds and maintenance cards to allow a coffee to continue growing in the family.

The doormans are directed to collect designated cups that are treated, planted and nurtured by the seedling partners in a unified manner; seedlings are used for community, school or brand green operations and can be reviewed for seedling data.

Customers can participate in the filling of complex matrices and seeding, as well as receive pre-bred nursery cups or branded seedling kits that allow the doorman to experience from drinking to real growth.
For coffee brands, this is not an additional environmental gift but rather a biocycle path that allows cups, coffee slags, seeds and customers to be experienced, documented and replicable in the same scene.
