继国家市场监督管理总局正式发布新国标之后,近期教育部又紧锣密鼓召开全国教育系统相关管理部门研讨大会和发展研讨会,来自全国各省市教育管理部门350多人共聚一堂,聆听国标起草组专家们的专业解读。本次大会由教育部党建伟处长主持,体卫艺司许弘副处长参与并讲话。

标准历时两年多的酝酿和制定最终出台,是社会和行业的一件大事儿。它代表的不仅仅是统一的规范,还是行业的方向和希望。新国标的发布也预示着行业迈入新的发展周期,让我们坚守品质、诚信与梦想,在团结协作和共同努力中,推动体育地材行业的良性与可持续发展,共同为中国绿色校园建设质量贡献力量。
此次教育部召开标准解读会议,在全国范围内对运动场地的使用方——教育系统进行宣讲和解读,将提高学校对塑胶跑道产品的了解和标准的认知,有助于学校采购到精准与可靠的跑道,也让生产者、使用者和监管者之间的沟通更加顺畅有效。
新国标对校园运动场地来说是一把衡量的标尺,对行业来说具有技术进步的推动作用。新国标不仅是解开低价中标"死结"的根本,更是行业发展的新引擎,质量升级的加速器。

Following the formal release of the new national standard by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Education has convened a series of meetings and seminars involving relevant management departments within the education system across all provinces and cities. Over 350 participants from these departments gathered to hear expert interpretations of the standard. The seminar was hosted by Party Affairs Office Deputy Director Du Jianwei of the Ministry of Education, with participation and remarks from Deputy Director Xu Hong of the Physical Education, Health, and Art Department.

The new national standard GB36246-2018 'Synthetic Material Surface Layers for Sports Fields in Primary and Secondary Schools' was proposed and overseen by the Ministry of Education. It was drafted by the Ministry of Education Equipment Research and Development Center. This standard, based on extensive and detailed data, is both professional and scientific, and its implementation will significantly enhance the construction level and product quality of green sports fields for campuses, ensuring the health of all primary and secondary school students. It also signals a commitment to high-quality industry development, technological advancement, and self-regulation.
After over two years of preparation and formulation, the release of this standard is a significant event for society and the industry. The Ministry of Education held a seminar on the interpretation of the standard, providing nationwide education systems with an understanding of sports field products and standards.
