2018年10月11日-12日由西安市教育局、西安市会展办、西咸新区教育卫体局联合主办的“首届西安丝路教育装备高峰论坛”在西安绿地笔克国际会展中心召开。教育部基础教育司装备与信息化处处长张权，教育部教育装备研究与发展中心中小学理科教育装备处处长刘强，信息中心副主任张又伟，省教育厅党组成员、副厅长赵昶葆，西安市教育局党委书记、局长姜建春，西安市教育局党委委员、副局长赵春平，西安市教育局党委委员、市政府总督学王小虎，西咸新区教育卫体局副局长李刚等400多名管理者、专家、企业代表出席活动。
此次论坛以“新时代、新技术、新装备、新教育——创新教育技术装备，建设丝路教育高地”为主题，搭建学校与教育装备企业的交流合作平台，就当前教育领域的新装备、新技术、新产品精准交流。论坛还邀请了西北五省,陕西省其他地市教育装备部门负责人,各区县教育局、开发区教育局局长，校园长代表,全国及我省优质教育装备生产研发及体育设施产品生产企业参展，面对面交流,展示教体装备与教育教学解决方案。
陕西第一个新国标塑胶跑道检测报告发布
本次论坛特邀北大特聘教授、中国体育用品联合会理事、高级工程师林凡秋解读GB36246-2018《中小学合成材料面层运动场地》国家强制性标准， 会上对西安首例取得塑胶跑道国家强制标准项目西安高新第一小学塑胶跑道提升项目采用的ETPU透气型跑道进行了报道，该项目由西安本土企业陕西闽林建设工程有限公司施工安装完成。这份报告包括成品的化学指标、物理性能指标，还有家长及专业人士最为关心的冲击吸收、胶水VOC、成品TVOC、多环芳烃、二硫化碳、气味评定等数值情况。该项目是按照GB36246-2018标准进行全项检测的，各项检测均合格，并且大部分数值远优于新国标的要求，这也让陕西教育系统有了执行新标准的信心与动力。GB36246-2018《中小学合成材料面层运动场地》国家强制性标于2018年5月14日发布，2018年11月01日执行。新国标时代已经开启，企业更应专注体育场地设施建设领域，为校园绿色运动场地建设质量安全保驾护航,从根本杜绝毒跑道!
本次论坛参展单位陕西闽林建设工程有限公司成立于2005年，专注体育场地设施建设，先后完成陕西省体育场网球馆、西安体育学院塑胶跑道铺设(中国田协验收合格)、陕西科技大学球类场地改造20000┫、西安工业大学风雨操场运动木地板采购及安装、高新一中一小运动场改造 、安康市第一小学运动场改造项目、佛坪县中学400米运动场新建(获市级优质工程奖“天汉杯”)、靖边县五台森林公园运动广场 、榆林世纪广场运动场改造等400多个工程项目。

Notable attendees included Zhang Quan, Director of the Equipment and Information Department of the Ministry of Education's Basic Education Administration, Liu Qiang, Director of the Primary and Secondary School Science and Technology Equipment Department of the Ministry of Education's Research and Development Center for Educational Equipment, Zhang Youwei, Deputy Director of the Information Center, Zhao Changbao, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, Jiang Jianchun, Secretary and Director of the Xi'an Municipal Education Bureau, Zhao Chunping, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Xi'an Municipal Education Bureau, Wang Xiaohu, Deputy Secretary and Chief Supervisor of the Xi'an Municipal Government, and Li Gang, Deputy Director of the Xixian New Area Education and Sports Bureau. The forum, themed 'New Era, New Technology, New Equipment, New Education – Innovating Educational Technology Equipment to Build a Silk Road Educational High Ground,' aimed to facilitate collaboration between schools and education equipment companies. It featured in-depth discussions on new equipment, technologies, and products in the educational sector. The event also invited representatives from education equipment departments in the five northwest provinces of China, other regions in Shaanxi Province, district and county education bureau directors, school principals, and leading manufacturers of high-quality educational equipment and sports facilities.
The first new national standard rubber track testing report for Shaanxi was released.
At this forum, Professor Lin Fanqiu, a special appointee professor at Peking University, a councilor of the China Sports Goods Federation, and a senior engineer, interpreted the GB36246-2018 National Mandatory Standard for Synthetic Material Surface Layers in School Sports Fields. The meeting reported on the first ETPU breathable running track project in Xi'an that met the national standard, which was completed by Shaanxi Minlin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a local company. This report includes chemical and physical performance indicators of the finished product, as well as test results for key concerns such as impact absorption, adhesive VOCs, TVOC of the finished product, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, carbon disulfide, and odor assessment. All tests met the GB36246-2018 standard requirements, with many values significantly exceeding the new national standards. This has given confidence to the Shaanxi education system to implement the new standards. The GB36246-2018 National Mandatory Standard for Synthetic Material Surface Layers in School Sports Fields was released on May 14, 2018, and took effect on November 1, 2018. The new era of national standards has begun, and companies should focus more on the construction of sports field facilities to ensure the quality and safety of green school sports fields.
