11月6日，宁夏回族自治区教育厅副巡视员董宏伟、宁夏教育厅装备中心主任马旭光、副主任王国锋、宁夏教育厅财务处副处长马维杲，宁东管委会经济合作局副局长张志宁，宁夏教育装备行业协会秘书长黄桦等一行10人来沪考察学习，与巴斯夫和都佰城管理层和技术人员进行了亲切友好的座谈，双方就本月教育部正式实施的《中小学合成材料面层运动场地》GB36246-2018国家标准相关要求进行讨论。宁夏教育厅考察团还参观了世界500强、全球最大化工企业德国巴斯夫的运动场地材料上海浦东生产基地。
宁夏教育厅高度重视学校运动场地建设工作，此次组织考察团来沪，旨在通过与新国标起草单位都佰城的沟通交流，进一步理解新国标的各项指标要求，规范和提升宁夏中小学校合成材料运动场的建设质量，让师生们能够在安全环保的操场上运动。巴斯夫先进、规范、完备的运动场地材料生产基地，安全稳定的生产技术，让运动场地建设从材料的源头就得到了质量保障，宁夏教育厅一行通过此次考察，更好地了解到材料的生产过程和质量控制体系，这将有助于教育系统更好地把控学校运动场地的选材和工程质量。

The Ningxia Autonomous Region Education Bureau delegation, comprising Deputy Inspector Dong Hongwei, Director Ma Xuguang of the Equipment Center, Deputy Director Wang Guofeng, Deputy Director Ma Weigao of the Finance Department, and Zhang Zhining, Deputy Director of Economic Cooperation at Ningdong Management Committee, among others, visited Shanghai on November 6 to inspect and learn from BASF and DBC. They had friendly discussions with management and technical staff from both companies regarding the requirements of the new National Standard GB36246-2018 for synthetic sports field surfaces implemented by the Ministry of Education this month.
The Ningxia Autonomous Region Education Bureau places great emphasis on the construction of school sports fields. This visit to Shanghai aims to gain a deeper understanding of the new National Standard GB36246-2018 through discussions with DBC, the drafters of the standard, to ensure and enhance the quality of synthetic sports field construction in Ningxia's schools. The delegation also visited BASF’s advanced and well-equipped sports field materials production base in Pudong, Shanghai, which provides a high-quality assurance from the source of materials for sports field construction. This visit allowed the delegation to better understand the production process and quality control systems, which will help the education system in selecting appropriate materials and ensuring construction quality.

Leaders of the Ningxia Department of Education expressed their impressions after visiting the BASF Shanghai Pudong production base: Throughout the entire tour, there was no odor both inside and outside the factory premises, and even in the production areas. The wastewater treatment area also had no noticeable smell. Such a large-scale chemical enterprise has achieved the utmost in environmental standards, which is truly admirable and worthy of learning from. It deserves respect.
