4月20日,由上海都佰城和德国巴斯夫联合重庆当地合作伙伴发起、组织的DPU体育地材系列产品技术培训会在重庆成功举行。本次产品培训会共有来自重庆地区的超过120位施工商积极参与,并得到了重庆华畅体育和广东川奥体育的大力支持。


这次产品培训会的主题紧紧围绕技术升级和工匠精神两个核心展开,会议一开始,对重庆当地的教育和体育行业市场现状及巨大发展前景进行剖析;之后,都佰城的产品技术经理结合塑胶跑道新国标的征求意见稿,以及行业从业者在过去所经历的实际情况,从物理性能和化学性能两个方面,向大家详细介绍新标准中若干个重要指标变化的原因及情况。

在接下来的环节中,都佰城新材料技术(上海)有限公司副总周军向大家展示了DPU系列体育运动地材产品中,三款创新性的产品系统,即DPU篮球场系统,DPU中小学专用跑道及DPU体育场馆专用跑道。周军指出,随着国家、社会、市场等多方面对体育运动地材这个细分行业越来越重视,高质量产品,尤其是既具有创新性、又能切实迎合市场需求的好产品将备受市场青睐,极具发展潜能。都佰城携手巴斯夫联合研发的DPU系列产品,正是双方深度合作、厚积薄发的结晶。
其中,DPU篮球场系统,结合新的国家标准,将厚度加大到8mm,为更好地保护运动者。该系统通过技术创新,将施工所需的步骤、强度和时间都极大地缩短,同时在物理和化学两个方面的性能都做得非常出色,这将对未来篮球场地全国范围内的巨大市场需求提供有力支持。参会的代表对这款具有颠覆性意义的产品也表现出了极大的热情和关注。

此外,周军还向与会人员介绍了两款定向类的塑胶跑道产品--中小学专用塑胶跑道和体育场馆专用跑道。其中,中小学专用跑道是巴斯夫和都佰城在大量收集和研究中国中小学生的身高、体重、运动量等各方面数据的基础上,结合ETPU材料优异的物理特性,所推出的一款定向型产品系统; 体育场馆专用跑道,是科研团队深度分析国际各类田径大赛的运动员数据后,针对竞技类田径运动所特制的另一款定向型产品。目前接近完工的海南省最大的体育场馆--五源河体育场的塑胶跑道就是采用的这款系统。
本次培训会上,还有来自重庆的优质施工商,同时也是今年321中国绿色校园建设质量高峰论坛暨运动地材行业高级技术工人大赛"金抹刀"奖的得主之一。现场很多施工商分享了巴斯夫和都佰城塑胶跑道施工的心得和经验,并和现场的参会人员进行互动与交流。这种分享,也是今年321都佰城联合多家企业、机构和行业协会、组织发起的高峰论坛中,对匠心和匠人精神呼吁的一种有力反馈。都佰城的周军先生也表示,接下来,巴斯夫和都佰城会联手打造一整套包括培训、考核和比赛等各环节在内的针对运动地坪施工者的专业培训体系。这套体系会以匠心和技术为两个核心驱动,为市场和行业输出优秀的技术工人。

On April 20, a technical training session for DPU sports flooring materials products was successfully held in Chongqing, jointly organized by DBC Group and BASF with local partners. Over 120 construction professionals from the Chongqing region actively participated, and received strong support from Hua Chang Sports in Chongqing and Guangdong Chuao Sports.


The theme of this product training session focused on technological upgrades and the spirit of craftsmanship. At the beginning of the meeting, the current market situation and vast potential development prospects in the local education and sports industry in Chongqing were analyzed. Following this, a DBC Group product technical manager provided a detailed explanation of several key changes in new standards, based on the draft of the new national standard for athletic track surfaces, and the actual experiences of industry practitioners from both physical and chemical performance perspectives.

In the subsequent segment, Zhou Jun, Deputy General Manager of DBC Group's New Materials Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., showcased three innovative product systems from the DPU series: the DPU basketball court system, the DPU dedicated track for primary and secondary schools, and the DPU sports venue dedicated track. Zhou Jun noted that as the industry gains increasing attention from national, social, and market perspectives, high-quality products, especially those with innovation and market relevance, are likely to be highly sought after and possess significant development potential. The DPU series developed in collaboration between DBC Group and BASF is a testament to their deep partnership.
The DPU basketball court system, incorporating the new national standard, increased its thickness to 8mm for better protection of athletes. This system leverages technological innovation to significantly reduce the number of steps, intensity, and time required for construction while excelling in both physical and chemical performance. This will provide strong support for the significant demand for basketball courts across the country. Attendees expressed great enthusiasm and interest in this groundbreaking product.

In addition, Zhou Jun introduced two targeted plastic track products at the meeting: one dedicated to primary and secondary schools and the other to sports venues. The primary and secondary school dedicated track is a targeted product system developed by DBC Group in collaboration with BASF, based on extensive data collection and research on Chinese students' height, weight, and physical activity levels, leveraging the superior physical properties of ETPU material. The sports venue dedicated track is another targeted product, specifically designed for competitive athletics after in-depth analysis of athlete data from various international track and field competitions by a research team. Currently, the track at Wuyuanhe Stadium, the largest sports venue in Hainan Province, is nearing completion and uses this system.
At this training session, there were also high-quality construction companies from Chongqing, including one of the winners of the 'Golden Trowel' award at the 2023 China Green Campus Construction Quality Forum and Advanced Technical Worker Competition. Many construction companies shared their experiences and insights on constructing DBC Group and BASF's sports flooring products, engaging in interactive exchanges with attendees. This sharing is a strong response to the call for craftsmanship and professional spirit initiated by DBC Group and multiple enterprises, institutions, and industry associations this year. Mr. Zhou Jun from DBC Group also stated that DBC Group and BASF will jointly develop a comprehensive training system for sports flooring construction professionals, including training, assessment, and competitions, with innovation and technology as the core drivers to produce excellent technical workers for the market and industry.
At this DPU sports flooring materials training session, all participating units showed great enthusiasm for various products, reflecting Chongqing's desire for new products and pursuit of new technologies.
