12月12日，德国巴斯夫与上海都佰城在巴斯夫总部路德维希港举行了Infinergy®ETPU创新未来应用的全球战略合作仪式。巴斯夫将Infinergy品牌与都佰城共同开发全球新应用，双方就Infinergy®E-TPU（英菲尼基ETPU）产品的技术升级、应用创新、市场推广以及渠道开拓等方面达成全球战略合作关系。此次战略合作的达成，开启了都佰城与巴斯夫全新企业战略合作的新篇章。

根据约定，巴斯夫股份有限公司和都佰城集团有限公司将共同推动Infinergy创新应用市场的快速增长，特别是在家居新材、教育装备、体育用品以及航空航天器械上的技术应用开发；双方将共同开发推广应用于高档软体家具产品的Infinergy® ETPU床垫、ETPU座椅、ETPU坐垫、ETPU瑜伽垫等；以及飞机座椅和新能源汽车上的ETPU应用技术开发，物流快递包装系列产品的技术开发；巴斯夫将继续支持都佰城在体育用品领域的发展，加强运动地坪、体育场馆产品的开发和推广；双方还将共同优化渠道资源，建立快速有效的市场发展互动机制。

On December 12, Shanghai DBC Group and German BASF held a global strategic partnership ceremony for the innovative future applications of Infinergy® ETPU at BASF's headquarters in Ludwigshafen. Through this collaboration, BASF and DBC Group will jointly develop new global applications for Infinergy® E-TPU (Infinergy E-TPU), focusing on technological upgrades, application innovation, market promotion, and channel expansion. The establishment of this strategic partnership marks a new chapter in the corporate strategic cooperation between DBC Group and BASF.

According to the agreement, BASF SE and DBC Group will jointly promote the rapid growth of the Infinergy innovative application market, particularly in the development of technical applications in home new materials, educational equipment, sports equipment, and aerospace machinery. Both parties will develop and promote Infinergy® ETPU mattresses, seats, cushions, yoga mats for high-end soft furniture products; as well as ETPU applications in aircraft seats and new energy vehicles, and in logistics and express packaging series products. BASF will continue to support DBC Group's development in the sports equipment sector, enhancing the development and promotion of sports flooring and sports venue products. Both parties will also jointly optimize channel resources and establish a rapid and effective market development interaction mechanism.
