“金抹刀奖”运动地坪全国高级技工大赛已经连续举办了两届，大赛聚焦体育运动地坪的匠人和专业施工技能，让工匠精神薪火相传、发扬光大。同时致力于引领体育运动地面材料行业施工标准化，让更多的技术工人达到专业化的施工标准，提升工匠综合竞争能力。活动举办两年来，对行业产生了积极正面的影响，也让更多的人意识到，达到严格的环保标准和物理机械使用性能，是一个产品合格的综合体现，而娴熟过硬的工艺技术和精益求精的工匠精神是保障好产品、好项目的根本。

2019年，为了进一步弘扬匠人精神，激发全国运动场地优秀技术工人的潜能，营造“公平、健康”的竞争环境，以及“尊重劳动、崇尚技能”的良好氛围，第三届“金抹刀奖”运动地坪全国高级技工大赛如期而至，继续升级。目前，大赛报名已全面启动。接下来，初赛、晋级赛、决赛也将陆续开启。这个春天，“金抹刀匠人传承计划” 运动地坪技能大赛将为全行业带来一场技能盛宴。与此同时，秉持求同存异的精神，我们将继续诚邀志同道合者一起来推动绿色运动场地在校园、体育场馆以及城市健身步道的专职化建设与发展新高度。
活动说明
目前行业普遍存在运动场地施工不规范的情况，此次大赛将推动从业者专业化，流程标准化，树立施工工艺“注重细节，精益求精”的标杆，加强技术工人对标准化施工的认识，引领行业整体走向健康绿色发展。
为表示对技术工人的重视与肯定，主办方特邀请到中国体育产业领域的核心领导者以及国内外知名企事业单位代表出席4月9日在重庆举办的全国高级技工初赛，共同见证、表彰全国范围内的优秀技术工人，推动技术进步和工艺升级。
此次运动场地全国高级技工大赛得到了十余家专业媒体的跟踪报道，同时也收到了全国相关领域内的协会和企事业单位的协办支持。现已面向全国各地运动场地行业内的优秀施工单位、团队及个人进行比赛招募。4月下旬将开设网络票选平台，为奋战在一线而无法到场参赛的匠人，及近年来的优秀标杆项目提供评选通道。2019年5月23日，在第37届中国国际体育用品博览会期间，全国高级技工大赛将在上海吹响总决赛的号角，以充分展示工匠风采，弘扬表彰工匠精神。

To honor the spirit of craftsmanship, establish standardized construction standards, and promote respect for technology, talent, and innovation across the industry, the 2019 third edition of the Golden Trowel Award National Advanced Technician Competition for Sports Flooring is set to commence in Chongqing. This competition, co-organized by DBC Group, China Sports Equipment Industry Federation, and BASF Polyurethane Specialties (China) Co., Ltd., along with Shanghai DBC Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., China International Sports Equipment Expo, Chongqing Huachang Sports Facilities Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Chaoyuan Sports Facilities Co., Ltd., aims to elevate the standards of craftsmanship in the sports flooring industry.
The Golden Trowel Award National Advanced Technician Competition for Sports Flooring has been held for two consecutive years, focusing on the craftsmen and specialized construction skills in sports flooring. It seeks to pass down and promote the spirit of craftsmanship while driving standardization in the construction of sports ground materials. Over the past two years, the competition has had a positive impact on the industry, raising awareness that meeting strict environmental standards and physical mechanical performance is essential for a product's quality. Proficiency and precision in craftsmanship are fundamental to ensuring high-quality products and projects.

In 2019, to further promote the spirit of craftsmanship, unleash the potential of outstanding technical workers across the country, foster a fair and healthy competitive environment, and cultivate an atmosphere of respecting labor and valuing skills, the third edition of the Golden Trowel Award National Advanced Technician Competition for Sports Flooring is set to continue its upgrade. The competition registration has now commenced, with preliminary rounds, advancement rounds, and finals to follow. This spring, the 'Golden Trowel Craftsmen Inheritance Plan' sports flooring skill competition will bring a feast of skills to the entire industry. Meanwhile, in line with the spirit of seeking common ground while reserving differences, we continue to invite like-minded partners to work together to advance the professionalization and development of green sports facilities in campuses, sports venues, and urban fitness trails.
Competition details
Currently, there are widespread issues with non-standardized construction practices in sports field installations. This competition aims to promote professionalization among practitioners, standardize processes, and set a benchmark for meticulous craftsmanship and excellence. It will enhance the understanding of technical workers regarding standardized construction methods and guide the industry towards sustainable and healthy development.
To recognize and honor the contributions of technical workers, the organizers have invited key leaders from the Chinese sports industry and representatives from renowned domestic and international companies to attend the national semi-final in Chongqing on April 9. They will witness and commend outstanding technical workers across the country, driving advancements in technology and process improvements.
This national advanced technician competition for sports fields has garnered coverage from over a dozen professional media outlets and received support from associations and enterprises in related sectors nationwide. The competition is now open to outstanding construction units, teams, and individuals in the sports field industry. In late April, an online voting platform will be launched to recognize the efforts of frontline workers who cannot participate in person and to honor exemplary projects from recent years. On May 23, during the 37th China International Sports Equipment Expo in Shanghai, the national final will be held to showcase the craftsmanship and spirit of the artisans.
