4月9日，一场热火朝天用匠心打造的运动地坪全国技能大赛在重庆喜来登酒店完美举行。本次大赛吸引到运动地坪行业的相关专家和检测机构领导、国内外企业高管和200多名技术工人参加，共赴大赛，共襄盛举，共同助力运动地坪行业发展。
如同前两届"金抹刀"大赛一样，2019第三届"金抹刀奖"运动地坪全国高级技工大赛继续聚焦匠人与匠心，回归到技术本源。而有所不同的是，行业目前正处于高质量发展的关键时期，行业则处于转型升级的新发展阶段，因而，于2019年春天举办的这场比赛，极大地契合了运动地坪行业发展的新需求，即让尊重技术、尊重人才、尊重创造达成行业共识。
从内容来看，活动日程丰富实用，大咖干货全情迭出，现场比赛你争我赶，嘉宾观点精彩纷呈；从形式来看，既"动口"也"动手"，既有标准的解读、施工技术标准及规范培训，也有皇家酒店般的“室内”实操能力的现场比拼，更有论坛上专业人士的直抒胸臆和对行业如何健康发展的肺腑之言；从效果来看，凝聚了行业共识，共建行业生态，将为运动地材行业的健康发展注入新的不竭动力！

在大赛开幕致辞中，主办方都佰城集团有限公司董事长林凡秋指出，匠心，是职业能力，是职业道德，是职业品质，更是自我修行。"我们尊重匠人、尊重匠心，就是尊重劳动、尊重创造、尊重良心。运动地材行业要从'毒跑道'的负面新闻中走出来，必须依赖具有匠心的匠人，才能在新产品、新标准、新监管的协同下，打造一个又一个的绿色的环保工程、优质的良心工程、维护性价比工程，为保障亿万人的健康安全、实现'中国梦'再立新功！"
在运动地坪全国高级技工大赛举办的这两年来，对行业产生了积极正面的影响，也让更多的人意识到，达到严格的环保标准和物理机械使用性能，是一个产品合格的综合体现，而娴熟过硬的工艺技术和精益求精的工匠精神，是保障好产品、好项目的根本所在。
谈及举办本届大赛的初衷，他说，"未来的十年，运动地坪将是一个产业竞逐激烈、淘汰异常残酷的行业，无论对于材料企业、工程商还是工匠个人来说。希望新匠人们能够在这样一场激烈的技工大赛竞争中，走出一片属于自己的新的天地，既要脚踏实地，又要仰望星空。"与此同时，打造运动地面材料行业施工标准化，让更多的技术工人达到专业化的施工标准，提升工匠的综合竞争能力。
"金抹刀奖"尽管代表的是行业技能比赛，但它所蕴含的意义不仅于此。林凡秋表示，"如今，有了好标准、好材料、好匠人的正确追求目标，而行业的团结和彼此的尊重才是保障行业可持续发展的关键所在。"主办方希望通过赛事来凝聚更多的行业力量，通过团结协作和理性发展，助力行业大生态的进步，为实现美丽中国、健康中国添砖加瓦。
中国体育用品业联合会展览部负责人郭超女士的演讲，可谓是一语道破匠人师傅们的愿望。她说，“中国体育用品业联合会是体育产业较为庞大的一个平台，我们不单单为企业为消费者服务，也在积极探索并实施一些更深层的技术性细分领域。就如技工师傅今天的比赛一样，未来联合会可以给大家提供更为标准化的作业规范。更为重要的是，联合会可以依托专家团队给匠人师傅们提供技能认证，一份被市场所认可的权威证书，从而给予大家更多的荣誉感，为专职化道路铺设一条康庄大道。”
郭超还详细介绍了中国体育用品业联合会和体博会的现状和未来发展，也介绍了2019年即将举办的上海体博会情况，届时这个国际体育用品博览会将有超过1500家展商、10万余名观众参展。
最后，郭超表示，她很期待能在5月23日上海体博会期间看到晋级的工匠师傅们。体博会将会为大家提供一个更为宽广的舞台，让大家一起聚焦匠人，尊重匠心，重视创造。
活动现场，在主办方特别开设的论坛环节，12位来自协会、检测机构、生产企业和工程公司的嘉宾及匠人师傅，为行业如何健康发展建言献策，提出各种接地气的方案和行动计划。通过培训和交流，参加大赛的工匠们从理念、产品、标准、规范、操作、工具等方面开阔了眼界，打开了新的思维模式，有助于行业发展和施工质量的整体进步。
在紧张激烈的比赛环节，200多位来自全国各地的技术工人展示了自己的"才艺"，经过150分钟6种结构的DPU跑道系统的铺装比拼，一个个"迷你"跑道依次出炉。最终，通过十余名专业评委和数十名观察员的打分，共有60位匠人脱颖而出，顺利晋级。
据悉，2019第三届"金抹刀奖"运动地坪全国高级技工大赛共分为三个赛程，重庆开幕赛结束后，将于5月上旬举行网络评选。5月23日，在第37届中国国际体育用品博览会期间，所有入围的匠人将赴上海参加总决赛。谁将成为2019年度的"金抹刀"之星？我们拭目以待。

At the opening ceremony of the competition, DBC Group Chairman Lin Fanqiu emphasized that craftsmanship is not only a professional skill and moral integrity but also a form of self-cultivation. 'We respect craftsmen and craftsmanship, which means respecting labor, creativity, and conscience. For the sports flooring industry to recover from negative news about toxic tracks, it must rely on craftsmen with a spirit of craftsmanship. Only then can we create green, environmentally friendly projects, high-quality conscience projects, and cost-effective projects that ensure the health and safety of billions of people and contribute to the Chinese Dream! '
Over the past two years, the National Advanced Technician Competition in Sports Flooring has had a positive impact on the industry, raising awareness that meeting strict environmental standards and physical mechanical performance is a comprehensive reflection of a product's quality. Discussing the motivation behind this competition, he said, 'In the next decade, the sports flooring industry will be highly competitive with extremely harsh eliminations, whether for material companies, contractors, or individual craftsmen. We hope that new craftsmen can carve out their own paths in this intense competition, both grounded and visionary. 'With good standards, materials, and craftsmen, the right pursuit is now in place. However, the unity and mutual respect within the industry are crucial for sustainable development.' The organizers hope to gather more industry forces through this event, promoting collaborative and rational growth to advance the industry's ecosystem and contribute to a beautiful and healthy China.'
In her speech, Guo Chao, Director of the Exhibition Department of the China Sports Goods Industry Association (CSGIA), succinctly articulated the aspirations of master craftsmen. She said, 'The CSGIA is a significant platform in the sports industry, serving both enterprises and consumers while exploring deeper technical areas. Just as today's competition showcases, we can provide standardized operational guidelines in the future. More importantly, our expert team can offer skill certification to master craftsmen, providing them with authoritative recognition and enhancing their professional paths.'
Guo Chao also provided a detailed overview of the current state and future development of the CSGIA and the China International Sports Goods Fair (CISGF). She mentioned that the 2019 CISGF will feature over 1,500 exhibitors and more than 100,000 visitors.

At the event, 12 guests from associations, testing institutions, manufacturing companies, and engineering firms, along with master craftsmen, offered insights on how the industry can develop healthily. They proposed various practical solutions and action plans. Through training and exchanges, the participating craftsmen broadened their horizons in terms of concepts, products, standards, norms, operations, and tools, which will contribute to the overall progress of the industry and improvement in construction quality.
In the intense competition, over 200 technical workers from across the country showcased their 'talents.' After 150 minutes of laying six different structural DPU running track systems, one by one, miniature tracks were produced. Ultimately, 60 craftsmen stood out through the scores given by more than ten professional judges and dozens of observers.
According to reports, the 2019 third edition of the Golden Blade Award Advanced Technician Competition in Sports Flooring across China will consist of three stages. After the opening ceremony in Chongqing, an online vote will be held in early May. On May 23rd, all finalists will travel to Shanghai for the final round during the 37th China International Sports Equipment Expo. Who will become the 2019 Golden Blade Award star?
