💡What problems does Bioten™ emulsification and dispersion technology solve?
There have always been regrets in the world of degradable materials:
PHA degrades quickly, but is too brittle and breaks when broken.
PBAT is flexible enough, but does not block and degrades slowly.
PLA is widely used, but its degradation conditions are harsh and recycling is difficult.
These "natural defects" in performance make it difficult for truly environmentally friendly packaging to be popularized on a large scale. At the same time, we also considered traditional PE lamination: although it is low-cost, it is not degradable and is the source of microplastic pollution, making it extremely difficult to recycle paper cups and lunch boxes.
🏆 How do we do it?
Our answer is concentrated in this patented technology - "ternary blending + in-situ chain extension + one-step extrusion".
To put it simply, we are like a brilliant "molecular magician" who simultaneously completes four major things in one production process:
1. "Strengthen the muscles and bones" of the material: Completely improve the brittleness at the molecular level and make the material strong and tough.
2. Build a "nano-scale barrier": Build a dense barrier network inside the material to make it difficult for oxygen and water vapor to overcome.
3. Activate the "rapid degradation" gene: Use a gentler process to protect the biological activity of the material, ensure that it can quickly decompose in the environment, and eliminate microplastics.
4. Open up the "recycling" context: Allow new materials to be recycled together with paper, increasing efficiency by more than 3 times, and perfectly integrating into the circular economy.
