中关村论坛专题活动——“生物新材·链动未来”生物制造新材料产业应用创新大会将于2026年3月27日(周五)13:00—17:30在北京举行，现面向相关产业链企事业单位正式开启参会报名。
经国务院批准，2026中关村论坛年会将于3月25日至29日在北京举办。本届论坛年会以“科技创新与产业创新深度融合”为年度主题，由科技部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部、国务院国资委、中国科学院、中国工程院、中国科协和北京市人民政府共同主办。
作为中关村论坛年会专题活动之一，生物制造新材料产业应用创新大会由清华大学合成与系统生物学中心、北京微构工场生物技术有限公司、都佰城新材料技术(上海)有限公司、巴斯夫(中国)有限公司联合主办。
值此“十五五”规划开局之年，大会将围绕培育新质生产力、发展生物制造、推动生物基新材料产业创新发展和规模化应用等重点方向，聚焦合成生物学与材料科学深度融合的产业趋势，推动生物制造新材料从技术突破迈向规模化应用与产业化落地。
作为联合主办单位之一，都佰城诚邀产业链合作伙伴共聚北京，围绕生物制造新材料的应用创新与产业协同，共话产业化路径，共促场景对接与生态合作。

The Zhongguancun Forum special event, the "Bio-based New Materials: Linking the Future" Bio-manufacturing New Materials Industry Application Innovation Conference, will be held in Beijing on March 27, 2026 (Friday) from 13:00 to 17:30. Registration is now officially open to enterprises and institutions across the relevant industry chain.
Approved by the State Council, the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference will be held in Beijing from March 25 to 29. This year's forum is themed "Deep Integration of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation" and is co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the Beijing Municipal People's Government.
As one of the special events of the Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference, the Bio-manufacturing New Materials Industry Application Innovation Conference is co-hosted by the Center for Synthetic and Systems Biology at Tsinghua University, Bluepha Co., Ltd., DBC New Materials Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and BASF (China) Co., Ltd.
Marking the opening year of the "15th Five-Year Plan," the conference will focus on key directions such as cultivating new quality productive forces, developing bio-manufacturing, and promoting the innovative development and scaled application of the bio-based new materials industry. It will highlight the industrial trend of deep integration between synthetic biology and materials science, driving bio-manufacturing new materials from technological breakthroughs toward scaled application and industrial implementation.
As one of the co-hosts, DBC invites industry chain partners to gather in Beijing to discuss application innovation and industrial synergy in bio-manufacturing new materials, explore industrialization pathways, and promote scenario matching and ecosystem collaboration.
Conference Positioning
The conference will conduct in-depth discussions on key application areas such as advanced bio-based coating technologies and green, low-carbon packaging. It will focus on topics including source plastic reduction and carbon reduction, end-of-life recycling, biodegradable substitution pathways, and the engineered application of bio-based materials. Additionally, it will concentrate on key technical directions such as bio-based PHA emulsion coatings, systematically exploring technical routes, standard systems, and challenges for scaled industrial application.

Developer Conference and Industrial Synergy in Tandem
During the conference, a Bio-based Polymer Developer Conference will be held to showcase technological breakthroughs and engineered application practices in the bio-based materials sector. An industrial synergy signing ceremony will also take place, alongside the launch ceremony for the "Bio-based Polymer Developer Alliance," promoting collaborative innovation and ecosystem building across upstream and downstream industry chains.
AI Empowering R&D and Industrial Upgrading
The conference will also feature a dedicated session on AI-driven bio-manufacturing, showcasing the application value of artificial intelligence in material R&D, process optimization, and industrial upgrading, while exploring new pathways for the integrated development of bio-manufacturing and digital intelligence.
