玖龙纸业为什么强?
2266万吨只是结果
穿透“产量第一”,拆解玖龙如何把超大规模转化为原料选择权、产品覆盖与经营韧性
2266万吨,回答了玖龙“有多大”,却没有回答三个更难的问题:为什么还能扩张?新增产能如何被市场消化?未来靠什么改善吨纸盈利与资本回报?
2025年,全国纸及纸板生产量同比增长3.74%,消费量只增长1.80%;全行业营业收入同比下降2.59%,利润总额下降13.55%。产量增长而行业利润承压,意味着“做得更多”已经不能自动等同于“赚得更好”。在中国造纸协会公布的重点企业产量榜中,玖龙纸业以约2266万吨位居第一。
这里必须先区分三种口径:2266万吨是2025自然年度企业产量;1240万吨是2025年7月至12月的集团销量;2540万吨是2025年末造纸设计年产能。三者分别回答生产规模、市场消化和资产能力问题,不能直接换算或相互替代。

更值得研究的是,2025年7月至12月,玖龙销量同比增长8.3%,平均售价增长2.7%,收入增长11.2%,毛利率由约9.5%提高至14.4%,净利润增长225.1%。量、价、成本三端同时改善,说明浆纸一体化与产品结构调整已经进入经营验证期;但半年修复尚不等于长期护城河,最终仍要看现金流与资本回报。

玖龙最难复制的,不是某一台纸机、某一个基地或某一个纸种,而是六种能力沿着同一条价值链相互咬合:

01 · SCALE AS A NETWORK
第一层:2266万吨只是结果,网络协同才是原因
据公司官网及2025/2026中期报告披露,玖龙在中国布局10个造纸基地、8个包装基地,并在越南、马来西亚和美国配置造纸、制浆及包装资产;主要基地还配套热电联产、仓储和物流系统。
这类规模真正产生价值,必须完成三次转化:把集中采购转化为原料成本优势,把多基地布局转化为更短的客户交付半径,把大型装备转化为稳定品质和持续高负荷运行。
2025年7月至12月,集团中国市场销量同比增加约60万吨、海外市场增加约40万吨,半年总销量连续第三个可比期间创出新高。对一个造纸设计年产能超过2500万吨的企业而言,订单能否持续承接新增产能,比名义产能本身更重要。
专业判断
规模的正面是采购议价、设备效率和交付密度,反面则是高固定成本与组织复杂度。玖龙的壁垒不应只用“总产能”表达,而应看跨区域产能、原料、订单和物流能否在统一体系下被调度,并持续转化为有效产能、单位成本和交付可靠性。
02 · FIBER CONTROL
第二层:原料重构,才是这一轮转型的主线
玖龙早期最典型的能力,是把海外回收纤维资源与中国工业包装需求连接起来,形成全球采购和再生纤维组织优势。随着进口再生纤维政策、国际物流和原料价格体系变化,这项能力并未消失,但原料优势的边界已经由“获得低成本废纸”转向“在多种纤维之间保持选择权”。
玖龙给出的新答案,是同时配置国内回收废纸、木浆、再生浆和木纤维。截至2025年12月末,其纤维原料设计年产能约820万吨,其中木浆540万吨、再生浆70万吨、木纤维210万吨;待已披露项目全部全面投运后,公司预计这一设计产能将达到约1070万吨。后一个数字属于未来设计能力,不是当前产量,也不等于原料自给率。
这套体系的价值不止是采购降本。木浆和高品质纤维提高了高端牛卡、白卡纸和文化纸的品质上限;再生纤维保留工业包装纸的循环与成本基础;多纤维组合则使企业能按纸种性能、原料价差和市场周期调整配方,获得更大的成本与产品选择空间。
自制浆不天然等于低成本。真正要比较的是合格纤维的完全成本:木片到厂价、浆得率、化学品与能源消耗、折旧、开机率及品质替代率。只有这些指标共同改善,设计产能才会转化为真实的吨纸成本优势。
03 · PRODUCT MIX
第三层:高端化不是多做几个纸种,而是重写利润结构
按公司分类,包装纸板包括牛卡纸、高强瓦楞芯纸、涂布灰底白板纸和白卡纸,2025年7月至12月合计贡献约89%的收入。因此,“包装纸仍占主导”并不意味着内部结构没有变化:同期白卡纸销量同比增长133.3%,明显快于牛卡纸的1.1%和高强瓦楞芯纸的2.4%。
这组变化说明,玖龙并不是离开包装纸,而是在原有规模曲线上增加新的产品与利润曲线。截至2025年12月末,公司白卡纸和文化纸设计年产能均约300万吨,并继续向高端牛卡纸、高价值特种纸等方向延伸。
与普通工业包装纸相比,白卡纸、食品及消费品包装原纸更依赖纤维洁净度、表面强度、印刷适性、气味控制、折叠成型和客户认证。制造难度更高,导入周期更长;一旦形成稳定品质、加工适配和应用认证,也更有机会改善售价结构与客户黏性。
真正的观察点
“高端”标签不会自动变成定价权。需要继续观察产销率、成品率、认证周期、质量投诉、售价价差和客户复购。产品结构升级的终点不是“能生产”,而是“能以稳定品质持续卖出,并覆盖新增资产的资本成本”。
04 · NEW INDUSTRIAL HUBS
第四层:北海、湖北不是两个新工厂,而是两个一体化枢纽
据公司官网目前披露,北海基地配置约325万吨造纸年产能和190万吨木浆年产能;湖北基地配置约300万吨造纸、195万吨木浆和21万吨木纤维年产能,并建有自备码头。两大基地共同承担原料补链和高端纸种扩张任务。
北海的战略价值尤其值得关注。它靠近港口,可承接东盟木片等原辅料,并通过西部陆海新通道连接中国西部、东盟及中东市场。2026年1月,北海港木片专用泊位通过对外开放验收,意味着木片进口、港口装卸和浆纸生产之间的物流链条进一步补齐。
从产业系统看,两大基地的价值不是简单增加几台纸机,而是把纤维原料、制浆、造纸、公用工程、物流和区域市场组织成新的成本中心与增长中心。大型项目是否成功,最终取决于整套系统的协同达产,而不是单条生产线完成开机。
工程判断
一体化不是把设备摆在同一园区,而是实现木片到港、浆纸平衡、蒸汽能源、碱回收、环保处理、仓储发运之间的动态匹配。任何一个环节成为瓶颈,都会压低全系统效率;规模越大,协同收益与失配成本都会被同时放大。
05 · OPERATING SYSTEM
第五层:看不见的壁垒,是大型系统的复制能力
当企业只有一个基地时,优秀厂长和工艺团队可以依靠经验解决问题;当企业拥有十多个大型生产节点时,竞争力必须来自标准化、数据化和跨基地复制。
公司披露持续推动全链条精细化对标、跨基地协同、最佳实践共享与科技赋能。对玖龙这种体量的企业而言,数字工具本身不是壁垒;真正的壁垒是统一数据口径和异常闭环,把浆得率、纸机效率、蒸汽单耗、化学品消耗、质量投诉和库存周转变成可比较、可追责、可复制的经营动作。
2026年7月,玖龙纸业北海公司与广西大学共建“院士创新工作室”,计划围绕企业实际需求配置科研团队、实验平台和成果转化机制。公开信息尚未披露具体技术课题和成果,因此更准确的判断是:这是玖龙强化产学研转化能力的新组织信号,而不是已经形成某项产品突破的证明。
06 · CAPITAL EFFICIENCY
第六层:规模有代价,最终要用资本回报验证
浆纸一体化和大型基地建设需要长期、重资产投入。玖龙2024/2025财年资本开支约148.32亿元;截至2025年6月末,总负债占总资产约66.0%。截至2025年12月末,集团借款约734.67亿元,银行及现金结余、短期银行存款和受限制现金合计约66.13亿元;其披露的未提取且无承诺借款额度约532.62亿元。后者不应等同于已经锁定的承诺授信。
积极的一面是,2025年7月至12月毛利率由上年同期约9.5%提高到14.4%,提升约4.8个百分点;经营利润同比增长113.4%,新增浆纸项目开始贡献业绩。这是战略开始兑现的证据,但还不是完整周期的确认。下一步要看新产能爬坡能否稳定转化为经营现金流,以及原料、库存和应收应付体系能否在更大规模下保持效率。
2026年7月,玖龙完成对本金4亿美元、票面分派率14.00%的优先永续资本证券现金回购要约,最终接纳约3.995亿美元,占未偿还本金约99.9%。公司将目的表述为提升盈利和优化资本架构。这可理解为对高成本资本的主动调整,但单一工具回购本身并不能证明总杠杆已经显著下降。
今后判断玖龙战略兑现质量,重点看四项指标:
一看新浆线和新纸机的实际达产率;
二看高端纸种的销量、售价和客户复购;
三看吨纸盈利、营运资金周转和经营现金流;
四看资本开支强度、融资成本和债务结构能否继续优化。

博碳包装观察:高端化的下一站,是纸张功能工程
当玖龙进一步进入白卡纸、精品纸和高端消费品包装原纸,其产品会更直接面对食品、餐饮、美妆、医药和消费电子等场景的综合要求:不仅要看强度、克重和成本,还要看表面效果、阻隔性能、气味控制与迁移风险、印刷和成型效率、食品接触安全及循环合规。
值得注意的是,玖龙2025/2026中期报告的产品章节已列出50—450克/平方米的单面淋膜纸及夹芯淋膜纸,应用覆盖食品包装、工业防护、医疗用品和印刷基材。这说明集团的产品边界已经由原纸向功能化纸基材料延伸;但公开资料尚不足以判断具体阻隔材料路线、业务规模、认证范围及可回收表现。
这意味着,价值增量不会只发生在纸机端,还会沿着涂层、表面处理、印刷、复合、热封和终端制品加工继续传导。原纸企业、包装企业、设备企业与功能材料企业之间,需要由单点供货转向围绕终端性能、加工窗口和合规数据的联合开发。
未来更高价值的,不会只是一种涂层配方,而是一套完整工程组合:
原纸适配 × 水性阻隔 × 表面功能 × 印刷与热封 × 制品成型 × 回收与合规数据。

规模转化效率才是答案
玖龙纸业真正强的,不只是2266万吨产量,也不只是2540万吨设计产能,而是已经形成了把巨量资产组织为原料选择权、单位成本、产品覆盖、区域交付和供应稳定性的系统基础。
它正在完成第二次能力重构:第一次是依靠全球再生纤维组织和包装纸规模形成领先;第二次则以木浆、再生浆和多纤维体系为基础,进入高端牛卡、白卡纸、文化纸及更多高价值纸基材料市场,并用现金流检验扩张质量。
但重资产扩张最终必须接受三项检验:
能否把新增产能转化为有效产能?
能否把高端纸种转化为稳定溢价?
能否把利润修复转化为持续现金流?
如果这三项继续兑现,玖龙的领先就会由吨位领先升级为系统领先;如果兑现不足,超大规模也会放大固定成本、库存和资本压力。两种结果之间的分水岭,不是继续增加多少万吨,而是每一吨新增能力能否创造更高质量的回报。
吨位决定体量,转化效率决定质量。2266万吨是玖龙的结果,不是玖龙的全部答案。

One word for a dragon.
The Xiaolong is completing a competitive coordinates migration: from organizing global regenerative fibres, increasing the size of packaging paper to determining profitability by multifibre raw materials, pulp integration, product structure and capital efficiency.
CORE JUDGMENT
First, let's conclude that the Qing is turning scale into business results.
The most difficult to replicate is not a paper machine, a base or a piece of paper but six capabilities that are gnawing along the same value chain:
Networking of scale: transforming multi-regional capacity into stable supply capacity
Feedstock choice: from regenerative fibre advantage to multifibre combination
Structured product: extension from plate plating to white card, cultural paper etc.
Base integration: sealing up pulp, paper, energy, ports and logistics
Operational replicable: unified calibre across bases, alignment and continuous improvement
Capital efficiency: converting additional productive capacity into cash flows and reasonable returns
01 ..SCALE AS A NETWORK
First floor:2266Tonne's just the result. The reason is network synergy.

Such sizes are of real value and must be transformed three times: by converting centralized procurement into a cost advantage for raw materials, by transforming multi-base configurations into shorter client delivery radiuss, and by turning large equipment into stable quality and sustained high load operations.

Professional judgement
The positive side of scale is procurement negotiations, equipment efficiency and delivery density, while the opposite is high fixed costs and organizational complexity. The barriers to tacking should not be expressed in terms of “total capacity” alone but rather as to whether cross-regional production, raw materials, orders and logistics can be mobilized under a unified system and are continuously transformed into effective production, unit cost and delivery reliability.
02 • FIBER CONTROL
Second layer: Reconstructing raw materials is the main line of this transformation
The most typical early ability of the Xiaolong is to link overseas recovery of fibre resources to China’s industrial packaging needs, creating global purchasing and regenerative fibre tissue advantages. This capability has not disappeared as import reclamation policies, international logistics, and raw material price systems have changed, but the boundary between feedstock advantage has shifted from “access to low-cost waste paper” to “hold options among multiple fibres.”
The new answer from the Xialong is to install a combination of scrap paper, wood pulp, recycled slurry and wood fibres in the country.2025Year12At the end of the month, its fibre raw materials were designed to produce an annual energy contract820Ten thousand tons of wood.540Ten thousand tons, regenerative slurry.70Ten thousand tons, wood fibres.210Tons; this design capacity is expected to be achieved when the full project is fully delivered as disclosed1070The latter figure is a future design capability, not current production and does not equal the self-sufficiency of raw materials.
The value of this system is more than just a purchase-down. Sulp and high quality fibres raise the quality ceiling for high-end cattle, white card paper and cultural paper; regenerative fibres retain the recycling and cost base of industrial packaging paper; and multifibre combinations enable firms to adjust their formulations to paper properties, material price differentials and market cycles, thereby gaining greater scope for cost and product selection.
The real comparison is the full cost of a suitable fibre: wood to plant prices, berries, chemicals and energy consumption, depreciation, open-up rates, and quality substitution. Only if these indicators are improved together will design production be converted into real tons of paper cost advantages.
03 • PRODUCT MIX
Third floor: High end is not more paper, but a rewrite of profit structure

The " high end" label does not automatically translate into pricing rights. There is a need to continue to observe the rates of production and sales, product completion, certification cycles, quality complaints, price differentials and customer buybacks.
04 • NEW INDUSTRIAL HUBS
Level 4: North Sea and North Lake are not two new factories, but two integration hubs

The North Sea is of particular importance in terms of its strategic value. It is close to the port, can absorb raw materials such as ASEAN wood chips and connect markets in western China, ASEAN, and the Middle East through new roads on land and sea in the west.2026Year1The month ' s opening of the North Seaport wooden chips for collection and inspection means that the logistics chain between wood imports, port handling and paper production is further completed.
In terms of industrial systems, the value of both bases is not simply to add a few paper machines, but to organize fibre raw materials, sulpting, paper, public engineering, logistics and regional markets into new cost centres and growth centers. The success of large projects ultimately depends on coordinated delivery of the entire system, rather than on the completion of single production lines.
Engineering judgement
Integration is not about putting the equipment in a single park, but about matching the dynamics of wood to port, paper balance, steam energy, alkaline recovery, environmental treatment, and warehousing. Any bottleneck will reduce system-wide efficiency; the larger the scale, the synergies and the costs of disequilibrium are scaled up simultaneously.
05 . OPERATING SYSTEM
Level 5: invisible barriers are the reproduction capacity of large systems
When an enterprise has only one base, the good factory director and the craft team can rely on experience to solve problems; when a business has more than 10 large production nodes, competitiveness must come from standardization, dataization and cross-base replication.
Companies disclose that they continue to promote the refinement of whole chains for targets, cross-base synergies, best practices sharing and technology empowerment. Digital tools are not barriers per se for companies with a volume like Qinglong; real barriers are uniform data calibres and unusual closed rings, turning slurry yields, paper machine efficiency, steam consumption, chemical consumption, quality complaints and stock turnover into comparable, accountable, replicable business moves.
2026Year7In January, North Sea and Guangxi University built a “college of the academic innovation studio” to organize research teams, pilot platforms, and results-transformation mechanisms around the real needs of companies. Public information has not yet revealed specific technical topics and outcomes, so it is more accurate to judge that this is a new organizational signal for strengthening production transformation capabilities than evidence of a breakthrough in a product.
06 .. CAPITAL EFFICIENCY
Sixth floor: scale costs, eventually tested with capital returns

Three ton of paper profits, operating capital turnover and operating cash flows;
