What this event covers
Hospitality equipment, tabletop supplies, food and beverages, coffee and tea, and food-service packaging.
HOTELEX Shanghai covers hospitality and food-service supply chains, including catering packaging and machinery. The official page confirms 30 March–2 April 2027 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. It is relevant to paper cups, bowls, bags and takeaway-packaging teams seeking application and channel insight. Verify the packaging area and target buyers within the much broader hospitality event.
Prioritize catering-packaging zones and chain-restaurant procurement rather than treating every hospitality attendee as a packaging buyer.
Make a focused visit plan
- Choose one product, material or converting problem before making a meeting list.
- Ask for the exact product or machine, the demonstrated substrate, process conditions and the evidence available after the event.
- Keep sample observations, supplier claims and measured results separate. A busy booth or exhibition award does not establish suitability for your application.
- Confirm the current event schedule, admission rules and appointment availability with the organizer and the company.
Schedule note
The 2027 dates and venue are verified. The explicit Sinoexpo organizer wording appears in a 2022 notice concerning 2023 and is not accepted as proof of the 2027 role. Current-edition organizer evidence remains outstanding.
