This form is used for sample application, data acquisition and technical communication. Bioten™ related products, samples and technical information may involve proprietary technology, trade secrets or undisclosed information of Dubaicheng and relevant partners. The applicant shall be obligated to keep the products, samples and information obtained confidential and shall only use them for its own project evaluation, processing testing or normal commercial application verification. It may not be resold, transferred, disclosed or provided to any third party without the prior written consent of Dubaicheng.

If it is necessary to entrust a third-party testing due to regulations, compliance or project verification, the applicant should inform Dubaicheng in writing in advance and ensure that the third party bears the same confidentiality obligations. Without written authorization, the applicant shall not use relevant products, samples or materials for certification application, certificate processing or external certification promotion.

After being sent successfully, the information will be subject to manual review for completeness and adaptation; this does not mean that it has been accepted, samples have been provided, or technical docking has been arranged.

SCOPE & EVIDENCE

Submission of information is for project offloading and does not constitute a performance or supply commitment.

Forms are used to understand the application object, paper base, process, target performance and data requirements. After receiving the information, you still need to confirm the sample, method, target market, data permissions and commercial conditions.

  • Please do not submit unnecessary trade secrets or information that you do not have the right to provide via public forms.
  • Food contact, PFAS, recycling, composting and performance conclusions are subject to project-specific evidence.
